New Boston to Use Metropole Marketing Tools

New Boston Fund's real estate portfolio will be linked to the Internet by centralizing all of its listings within the Metropole360 Brochure Builder platform.  Using the Metropole360 platform, New Boston's property and asset managers can create and publish 360 interactive property brochures within minutes.  In turn, these brochures are automatically integrated into New Boston's corporate website and Intranet and distributed to its client database via powerful e-mail direct marketing features.

Within minutes of a space becoming available, prospective clients can search for the listing on New Boston's site or see an interactive listing of the property in their inbox and request more information-streamlining the communication between ownership and their prospective tenants.
