Downtown Building Goes High-Tech

Real Estate Weekly

(November 10, 2004) Metropole Worldwide LLC, a provider of real estate transaction and marketing software, and Lighthouse Real Estate Management, LLC, a New York real estate investment and management firm, announced that Lighthouse has deployed Metropole's end-to-end online property management platform to market its premier lower Manhattan property, 100 William St.

Utilizing Metropole's suite of Metropole 360's property management applications, 100 William St. now automatically publicizes its building services, property amenities and leasing opportunities to a global audience of prospective tenants and brokers across the Internet via its website (www.100williamst.com). The 100WilliamSt.com site enables leasing prospects to tour the entire building online, by viewing a series of interactive 360° pictures and individual listing brochures. The site also enables prospective tenants to learn about the surrounding neighborhood and special downtown rental incentive packages.

100WilliamSt.com is powered by a robust listing management system that also provides Newmark & Company (the office leasing agent for 100 William St.) with the ability to promote and track available listings in real time to its database of prospects. Available space is immediately searchable on the website and "print ready" interactive listing brochures are automatically e-mailed to prospective tenants and brokers.

In turn, the leasing team at 100 William St. easily tracks the marketing progress through Metropole360's listing reports to quickly ascertain which spaces are "hot" and which prospects are most interested in them.

"The 100WilliamSt.com website, offered by Metropole, gives us the competitive edge in marketing out quality pre-built spaces and tenant services," said Louis Sheinker, principal of Lighthouse Real Estate Management.

"100WilliamSt.com enables us to market 100 William St. more effectively and efficiently by enabling prospective tenants to make decisive and informed decisions, thereby ultimately shortening the leasing cycle," said Jonathan Fanuzzi, of Newmark & Company.

"By enabling companies like Lighthouse Real Estate Management and Newmark & Company to reach more potential tenants and target prospects more effectively, Metropole is delivering on the promise of the Internet to streamline the communications between tenants, brokers and owners," said Robert Siegel, chief executive and founder of Metropole Worldwide.
