H&H To Showcase Projects With Metropole

Real Estate Weekly

(July 16, 2003) Metropole Worldwide LLC, which provides real estate professionals with turnkey solutions for promoting and managing properties and construction projects online, and H&H Builders, a general contracting and construction management company, announced that H&H would be utilizing Metropole's online platform to showcase its high-profile projects.

Using Metropole360's BUILDER platform, management can create online jobsite reports combining text, 360° images, CAD drawings, word files, estimates, bids, general conditions and internal software files to update the entire project team via BUILDER's powerful e-mail and reporting features.  Within minutes, the owner, subcontractors and other team-members can view the project site as if they are there, enabling construction managers to increase productivity, manage multiple projects more effectively and enhance project communications.

In addition to improving communications with ownership, BUILDER offers other key marketing benefits.  H&H uses Metropole portfolios at sales presentations to tour prospective clients through premier projects, describing relevant issues at each site and how complex issues were resolved.  On its website, H&H uses BUILDER to highlight select projects to better market its work to new clients.

H&H currently highlights the following projects on its website:  Pepsi's manufacturing and distribution division in College Point, NY - 10 new buildings on a 32 acre site; the new Jewish Children's Museum in Brooklyn, NY, designed by Gwathmey Siegel at a cost of $18 million; and a general buildout for Nyack College's Manhattan campus.

"In an environment in which we are all looking for ways to better serve our customers and better market our services," says Ken Hart, President, H & H Builders, "Metropole360's BUILDER platform enables us to demonstrate the high quality of our work to potential customers and communicate more effectively, and manage multiple projects efficiently.

"Using BUILDER, a contractor can rapidly convey the status of a project to team members in remote locations and review issues and plans visually, before making potentially costly mistakes," says Robert Siegel, Chief Executive Officer, Metropole Worldwide.   "BUILDER's visual access eliminates delays brought on when team members are unable to make site visits.  By providing 24/7 'virtual access' to any jobsite, Metropole is fulfilling the promise of the Internet.
