Utilizing Metropole's suite of Metropole 360's property management applications, 100 William St. now automatically publicizes its building services, property amenities and leasing opportunities to a global audience of prospective tenants and brokers across the Internet. The site enables leasing prospects to tour the entire building online, by viewing a series of interactive 360° pictures and individual listing brochures. The site also enables prospective tenants to learn about the surrounding neighborhood and special downtown rental incentive packages.
What's more, the entire interface is customized to the building and property owners' brand, from the steel doors to the logo colors. At anytime, Lighthouse can update and edit the entire site and its listings through a sophisticated backend publishing platform. This platform also enables Newmark to create online listings and e-mails on the fly that are tracked by Metropole's reporting engine.
